The Force was created as a result of a personal trek for justice that the evidence soon showed it was impossible to acquire the justice demanded of the Constitution Act, 1982 as it was intended to be a facade to quell public pressure the same as the Accountability Act, 2006 by Harper and Toews

Number 1: Prove that criminal fraud over $100,000 was committed in an Ontario court of law June 30 2005
Number 2: The legal system does not consider it a crime if committed against a person of the Lower Tier 90% majority

Number 9: The Law Society created by the Upper Canada government of the elite for the elite created an illegitimate industry for it to expand along with a flourishing criminal and poverty element to address the symptoms to luxurious   lifestyle playing Monkey in the Middle with the 90% majority with no modus operandi to keep them honest ... that of course would be absurd as organized crime
Number 10: All governmnet departments, agencies and police are controlled by the Attorney General with the entire system designed to protect the conspiracy against the 90% majority
Number 11: The Ontario Attorney Attorney General has precedence with the Law Society as a bencher 2nd only to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada.
Number 12: The Law Society Act was enacted in 1797 by the Upper Canada (now Ontario) government excluding the Attorney General from being accountable to the Act
Number 13: It is a facade that the elected representatives act on behalf of all people consistent with the Constitution (See Jonathan Swainger further down) They obviously act on behalf of the 10% wealthy
Number 14: The hierarchy of State and Church are in, of and with the Spirit of the Roman Empire as history attests expanding their empires by taking what they want as did the British Empire of which the Attorney General appointed to head the Law Society in 1797 was educated in their ways.
Number 15: All purported to be democracies are Capitalist PIG Democracies precisely 180 degrees adverse to TRUE Democracy
Number 16: When any of the government departments, agencies or police purport to investigate the issues complained about they do not look at the evidence submitted with the complaint, but merely cite what other government personnel reported.
Number 18: Countless Bottom Feeder Piranha like Transparency International, World Bank and the United Nations are feeding off the woes of Humankind ... the symtoms created by the hierarchy of State and Church with no desire to bite the hand that feeds them

On November 8 2007 having collected a preponderance of irrefutable proof since June 30 2005 that the government including the RCMP was organized crime I filed with the Commission for Public Complaints against the RCMP for refusing to investigate the corruption and conspiracy, providing the following links to the published evidence.

On September 3 2008 RCMP Superintendent Robert Davis signed the RCMP Final Letter of Disposition stating that although I had provided hundreds of pages of documents he chose to ignore them citing a limited mandate diverting the issues to unfounded conclusion that the RCMP were innocent of refusing to investigate government organized crime demonstrating the charlatan ways taught them by the Law Society  propagates that have admitted either stated or implied that their members are not required to give a damn about every individual's equally guaranteed Charter rights as they state they are only required to vigorously advance the interests of their clients and in later communications stated they were not required to look at evidence when it is against their members finding their member innocent and I can go to hell retaining one of their friends that did not ring a bell within the depths of mind that knows damn well they have nothing but propaganda to sell.

It would be prudent to mention that in that era of the investigation I informed and provided all the evidence and web sites where it was published to the AAAAALIST (e-mail addresses) that has now been populated in the GLIST with innumerable prominent government personnel, Federation of Law Societies, Bar Associations, media and Armed Forces across Canada plus Bottom Feeder Piranha --- purported to be do-gooders like charities, Church, Make Poverty History, Democracy Watch and world wide like Transparency Inernational, World Bank and United Nations whose hierarchy inhabit the 10% wealthy minority all refusing to attack at the root of the problem not wanting to bite the hand that amply feeds them to the humongous detriment of the impoverished and near as bad for the 80% majority that pick up the tabs.

In October 2009 I came across a web site of a lawyer conglomerate active in all 50 states and Canada that I extracted an excerpt from e-mailing it to my GLIST and published on my Scribd site  ( All documents were deleted) and soon after when I had a look for the lawyer conglomerates site ... poof it was gone.

I should mention that recently my 250+ documents published on Scribd were erased creating a fair set back, but we are now on the final phase of the collapse of  government organized crime world wide  

Their organized crime is so obvious that the majority do not notice it having been reared to it allowing them to make such adjustments to cover up without an investigation and nobody to even ask why simply because the answer is excrutiatingly obtrucive

   There is absolutely nothing they do that is legal demonstrating how "Learned" and cooperative with each other the charlatan's of deception, prevarication, manipulation and orchestration are as it is irrelevant as to which political party is in power they are all playing "Monkey in the Middle" with the whole damn 90% majority as the rich continue to get richer and the poor continue to get poorer with the system structured that way that is also designed to protect them as they demonstrate with Mulroney and others before and in between him and Prime Minister Stephen Harper who enacted the Accountability Act, 2006 when I first began to put pressure on them as the Act is a facade as they do what they always do diverting the issues this way and that purporting to now have authority to deal with criminal issues as of the dates of the mandates issued under the auspices of the Act thereby believing they got away with their persistent organized crime once again.

But not by a long shot as we are all equally governed, protected and benefitted by the Constitution Act, 1982 in the provisions of the Charter granted in Perpetual Possessory Title in continuity since the  enactment as it became incumbent upon the political/legal system hierarchy to restructure with due process of law to ensure the Constituion: Establishment personnel were unbiased competent responsible and irreproachable with fortitude and conviction to the certainty of the sanctity of the Constituion.

This is well documented and articulated in following writings, but it is important you read the previous to coherency before moving on.

I appologize for the necessary reitterations upon reiterations as often I compile documents addressed to innumerable persons needing to know they have all been provided the same information with consideration to the obvious that the majority of people will not have the desire to go through the proliferation of documentation or have the adeptence or patience to piece it all together.

It is also quite difficult to explain an issue without a multitude of digressions and diversions to reach out to an entity and draw it back within the subject matter when all things real in this insane world are connected due the hierarchy of State and Church that purport to be in, of and with "the Spirit of the Law" that is "the Spirit of the Golden Rule" the epitome of simplicity and sanity that has forever blown in the wind that Confucius 551 BC - 479 BC grasped well understood by us all at 5 prior to the first day of school that is simply incomprenhensible that any sane person would not know what is and what is not receptive to a fellow individual entertaining the concept of "Cause and Effect" simultaneously with punisment due the crime attentive to deterence being the only viable means of present knowledge to protect every individual equally prior to being victamized summed up in the concept of Law and Order.

By the time a sane individual not in on the conspircy or a cooperative for financial benefit gleans through the documentation on the Charter Democracy Force sites from the beginning to end the spell cast by the office of the Attorney General that has acquiesced over the ages with their charlatan aptitudes consistently honed to near perfection will know certain they have been brainwashed via the process of Osmosis that afflicts us all inherently bias that succumb to the beckon call using the progressive nature of thought and reason since born to earth of innocent and empty mind adapting to the environment reared that is "How it is" at any given time and place the reality of "the Spirit of the Roman Empire" that spiked Jesus to a cross for suggesting that "How it is" is precisely 180 degrees adverse to Humanism considering the most magnificent brains born with to be reared to adults with the minds of ants.

It is unequivocally due the natural progression of thought and reason founded on quicksand attentive to inherent bias that afflicts us all as we view reality with ourselves as the focal point concerned as to what's in it for me ... a natural of survival, that they use to incite people against each other when the law is intended to quash the surfacing of the Bully Brat Bi Ass Beast with the hierarchy of State and Church the UPIG (Ultimate Personal Interest Group) attentive to their own interests absolutely indifferent to the 90% majority as they see us to be used in the best way to their benefit.

We are all born with innocent and empty minds through no fault or choice of our own as a result of our parents pleasures reared to their satisfaction who were reared in the same manner acquiesing to "How it is" not aware that they are being ransacked by them in of and with "the Spirit of the Roman Empire" that has always been with the Roman Catholic Church claiming to be the founders of Christianity dating back to when they spiked Jesus to a cross for inciting the people to the ways of God in the Spirit of the Golden Rule.

These people have always been Bully Brat Bi Ass Beasts that used slavery to do their work and when they stole the Spirit of Jesus were able to incite followers as in the Christian Crusades precisely 180 degrees adverse to the Spirit of Jesus that they warred in his name to ransack their neighbours convinced they were holier than thou.

The Thirty Year War fought by Catholics and Protestants in the first half of the 17th century with both claiming to be in, of and with the Spirit of Jesus devastated Europe that leads me to believe is when the elite began to realize that there was nothing to be gained by either side and hence their form of Capitalist PIG Democry emerged permitting them to debate for the people's vote as to who would lead the ransacking by pen rather than the sword.

Reality is the truth impervious to perception yet precisely due to perception

The Tenant Protection Act, 1997 clearly states both the ORHT and the Investigation and Enforcement Unit of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing are responsible to deal with the offense committed by my former tenant, and president/director of BioSafe a company I invested in, of filing a false and misleading information with the ORHT an offense under s.206 (2) of the Act whereas if I had not been able to irrefutably prove his dispute was a fabrication I would have been out $43,000. He also committed criminal fraud over $100,000 but he has spent that and is non retrievable

It is an offence for any person to obstruct a landlord in pursuit of his rights and the ORHT and the IEU are guilty under offense s. 206 (1) of the Tenant Act, however the Tenant Act has many inconsistencies with the Constitution non conducive to equality rights.

I reiterate the crime of criminal fraud was committed in the courts of the people and by refusing to proceed with the appropriate charge of criminal fraud clearly demonstrates the deliberate incompetence of the Ontario legal system to protect every individual as guaranteed by the Charter being obviously inconsistent with the Constitution and of no force or effect as to its inconsistency under s.52 (1) of the Charter.

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.

24. (1) Anyone whose rights or freedoms, as guaranteed by this Charter, have been infringed or denied may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court considers appropriate and just in the circumstances.

The ORHT studied the evidence from June 30 2005 until the 2nd day of the hearing when the judicator announced that my case would not be recorded and when I received a copy of the first day of the recording a part of it was missing where I had said there oughta be a law with tongue in cheek when the judicator had realized what was going on and she said there is a law and she has the authority to commence or cause proceedings by passing the case onto the IEU.

The ORHT Order # TNL-67103 found for me but made no arrangements to be recompensed of the $10,000 in rent arrears owed me and there was no mention of the charges. 

From there Lawyer Files 5-13,13A and 14 click on Lawyer Files irrefutably links many government departments, agencies and police including the RCMP in on the conspiracy and the very fact the RCMP investigated themselves is irrefutable evidence of the deliberate incompetence of the legal system to protect every individual equally as guaranteed.
Brian Mulroney  stole the RCMP from the people and the taxpayers are now paying humungous money for them to manipulate and orchestrate to get him off as they must do.

We must see that he is appropriately punished to get the ball rolling

The evidence goes on and on but to satisfy any sane unbiased moral person adept to thought and reason of the most serious issues that must be addressed by PUBLIC INQUIRY the evidence in just the first 4 Lawyer Files is more than adequate to get the ball rolling that irrefutably links the Ontario Attorney General as the major player who is the "guardian of the public interest" and the advisor to all Ontario government departments, agencies and police and none of them would have acted so absurdly on their own without consulting with his office or his agents the Crown Attorneys.

I know it is hard to believe but as they say on CSI the evidence does not lie and it is irrefutable, prodigious in number that simply is not debateable accounting for their absurd responses or no response at all.
